As artists it is our job to question the world and give energy back for a good cause. Gisele Johnson wants to draw attention to the gruesome acts that rip innocence from young girls on earth. This dance piece portrays the emotional, physical, and mental state of difficulty of young girls who are sexually restricted. With this performance she says “Wake Up”.
